There are no quick fixes to bullying but much can be done to prevent bullying and more effectively manage bullying scenarios.
Victims - set clearer boundaries;
Bullies - question what you are projecting on to others;
Observers - take active rather than passive roles to generate healthier team dynamics;
HR managers - do a risk analysis e.g. identify potential sites of bullying, such as concentrations of the most negative aspects of your organisation's culture.
